Urban Elegance
Home was built originally for a local builder and was remodeled by the subsequent owner. This included venetian plaster of walls, a kitchen and master bedroom remodel. In addition, there an elevator added in the breakfast room going directly into the master bedroom. An existing exterior balcony was converted into an interior office gaining additional room without increasing the footprint of the home.
