Mediterranean Style Home

This Mediterranean style home has Saltillo tile and exposed beams with a T&G ceiling on the entire first floor. The kitchen was a more recent remodel with Caesar stone counter tops, granite island, glass tile backsplash and a stainless steel hood. Additional major features include: Wrought iron balustrades with solid brass handrail in the entry; Solid oak raised panel millwork in the rooms; and Bullnose corners with barrel vaults at the openings to major room and the courtyard. The master bathroom was recently remodeled using marble counter tops, full height mirrors and frameless shower door system.
